Seeing Red Festival: Do-It-Yourself Challenge and Mini-Contest!

We are pleased to announce our first mini-contest!

There is an exciting new challenge up on the Seeing Red Festival of Fanfiction site, in honour of Masturbation Month. Write your favourite redhead indulging in a little self-pleasuring action and help to celebrate the onanistic art in all its glory.

And better still, the best response to the 'Do It Yourself' challenge received by 9th June will receive a prize. Pop over to the challenges section of the Festival for details.

You may submit as many as you like, and yes, by all means include one you've already submitted - just edit your story to include the challenge category. If you have any problems with that (I haven't tried it before, although it should work in theory!) let me know which fic and I'll add it for you. ^_^

Hmm, the story is one of my Renoludes, which I had setup in chapters, but I can always separate them into individual stories and resubmit. Since I can't add the category to only one of them. Would that be all right?

The best thing might be to pick the chapter you want to submit and post it as an individual story, leaving the chaptered Renoludes intact. Then the Renolude-set could stay nicely in chapters but you can enter the relevant 'lude for the challenge.

Make sense?

And it looks like the way to respond to the challenges is to click on the 'respond to challenge' link which brings up a list of all one's submitted stories and you simply click on the one(s) you want to include. So the story has to already be in the archive from what I can tell.

I went ahead and just posted them as separate stories. I know it breaks them up as a nice chaptered set, but it was easier for adding the story to the challenge and it's not as if they *need* to be chaptered. They are stand alones. So I hope it's not too much trouble for me to do what I did. Let me know if you would prefer them chaptered and I can redo that.
